Dear Participant, When you register online, by phone/in person/by Email for the Two(2) Days KnowledgeWoods ITIL® Foundation 2011 Program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:-

Program Registration
	Kindly Note that registration for a particular program cannot be considered guaranteed until & unless:- 1. Full payment of the Program Charges is made via Current Dated Cheque / Demand Draft / Online Transfer/ Credit Card within Two(2) Days of the     Registration and in any case before the program start date 2. Has been explicitly acknowledged by KnowledgeWoods Consulting Pvt. Ltd. Employee over Email. 3. Online Admit Card has been issued to you, which is mandatory to carry on the First (01) Day of the Training Program
	Cheque should be made in favour of "KNOWLEDGEWOODS CONSULTING PVT. LTD" payable at New Delhi. You also have an option to pay by credit card, debit card, Cheque, or wire transfer via CCAvenues.
	Kindly note, we do not have any association/partner companies in Bangalore, Hyderabad & Chennai – and any financial transaction or otherwise has to be done with our KnowledgeWoods Consulting Pvt. Ltd. Employee Only.
	In case, you have chosen to pay by Cheque – Your Seat would be confirmed only upon successful realization of the Cheque i.e. when your Cheque is cleared and we receive your funds in our account.
	In the event a Cheque is returned for insufficient funds, we will allow Two(2) Business days for you to make full payment. An additional fee of Rs. 500/- will be charged for each returned Cheque.
	Lack of payment for any reason whatsoever may result in collection proceedings and we reserve the right to notify Certifying  Body- APMG/EXIN/BCS  that your Course Transcript or Certificate to be suspended due to non-payment.
	The Program Charges cover the registration/participation charges, and all other Program Deliverables in addition to snacks/lunch during Two(2) Days Training Program.
	You will have access to Five(05) Sets of  Online Mock ITIL 2011 Foundation Examination for 45 days from the training completion date.
Program Cancellation Policy
	We may have to cancel any particular Program due to inclement weather, instructor illness, insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances.
	Having said that, We understand & appreciate your commitment to ITIL® 2011 Foundation Certification Exam and as such, we will make all reasonable efforts to reschedule a cancelled program or make alternate arrangements to provide you with training.
	You have the option to the re-schedule program or enroll for similar program available at another time or choose to obtain a full refund.
	All refunds are processed in Fifteen (15) business days from the scheduled program end date. KINDLY NOTE: IN ANY CASE, KNOWLEDGEWOODS  CONSULTING PVT. LTD. LIABILITY IS RESTRICTED TO THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID FOR TRAINING/EXAMINATION ONLY NOT EXCEEDING 15,000/-.
Refund Policy
	To deliver enriching experience to you, KnowledgeWoods Consulting Team puts a lot of hard work behind the scenes – Logistics, Hotel Arrangements, and Travel Arrangements etc. As such, it becomes necessary to levy fees if you chose to Cancel Your Registration. If a candidate cannot attend a booked course or examination, it is the candidate's responsibility to INFORM KnowledgeWoods Consulting Pvt. Ltd. by email as soon as possible.
	If you cancel after registration until ten (10) business days prior to the actual program start date, you will be charged Rs. 1,000/- towards cancellation fees.
	If you cancel your registration between ten (10) business days and four (4) business days prior to the date of the first scheduled class, you will be charged Rs. 1,500/-.
	Cancellation within Four (4) business days of the actual program start date will result in forfeiture of the entire course fee.
	All refunds will be processed Fifteen (15) business days after the end date of the actual scheduled program.
	You also have the option to postpone your program to another program subject to availability and KnowledgeWoods Consulting Management approval.
	No re-scheduling fee is levied if re-scheduling is done until ten (10) business days prior to the actual class start date, otherwise a Nominal Re-scheduling fee of Rs 500/- is levied.
	Cancellation on postponed program results in forfeiture of program charges.
	VERY IMPORTANT No Refund - Rescheduling on ITIL® 2011 Foundation Exam Fee - Once a participants books the exam, the papers are ordered by KnowledgeWoods from APMG. – Once ordered, the Exam papers cannot be re- used or returned to APMG – U.K. in case you don’t turn up for the exam. Therefore, no claims on the return/rescheduling of the exam fee would be entertained in such case, due to any reason whatsoever.

	We will provide to you manuals and other material, which are copyrighted proprietary property of KnowledgeWoods Consulting Pvt. Ltd. or the respective owner
	All copyrights relating to any course materials provided or made available by us or any other party during the program remain the sole property of the holder of the copyright.
	Therefore, no part of any course materials may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, or translated into any language, without our prior written consent.
	Any such reproduction,  storage  or transmittal  of copyrighted  material constitutes  a violation of the code of ethics  and will be reported to APMG®  and may lead to suspension of your AMPG® Credential.
	YOU  HEREBY WARRANT  AND REPRESENT THAT  YOU  HAVE  REGISTERED FOR  THE KNOWLEDGEWOODS  ITIL®  FOUNDATION  2011.0 PROGRAM SOLELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF PREPARING  FOR  THE ITIL®  TRAINING  AND  CERTIFICATION EXAM AND THAT  YOU  HAVE  NO DIRECT  OR  INDIRECT  RELATIONSHIP  WITH  ANY ENTITY/INDIVIDUAL/CONSULTANT WHICH  PROVIDES TRAINING  FOR THE ITIL® FOUNDATION 2011 CERTIFICATION EXAM AND THAT YOU WILL NOT ALLOW  ANY OTHER PERSON TO READ THE MATERIALS AND ATTEMPT PRACTICE TESTS FROM KNOWLEDGEWOODS CONSULTING PVT. LTD

	If you are not able to CLEAR the ITIL® 2011 Foundation Examination on your First Attempt we will:- a) PAY your Re-Exam Fees b) Analyze your Exam Results c) Provide Web-based/Phone based coaching for ITIL® 2011 Foundation Examination PRE-CONDITION - You have attended the Full Two Days training program without any interruption - You must take the ITIL® 2011Certification Examination within Forty Five (45) Days after the Two Days Training Session - You have attended the Full Two Days training program without any interruption - You have attempted all the Five(05) Sets of Online Mock ITIL® Exam provided by KnowledgeWoods Consulting prior to appearing for ITIL® Certification Exam. Kindly note : KnowledgeWoods Online Exam System generates Automatic, Candidate-wise Report for Mock Exam Attempted & your respective scores in the Mock Exam. As such, to meet and pre-requisite and more importantly, to clear the ITIL Examination at the very First Attempt - it becomes mandatory to attempt all the FIVE (05) Mock ITIL®  Exams provided by KnowledgeWoods Consulting.
	THERE   ARE   NO OTHER  WARRANTIES,  EXPRESS OR  IMPLIED,   BY  KNOWLEDGEWOODS CONSULTING PVT. LTD. PLEASE NOTE  & BE ADVISED THAT APART FROM WORLD CLASS PROGRAM, DELIVERABLES, GUIDANCE & DEDICATED POST-TRAINING SUPPORT, KNOWLEDGEWOODS  CONSULTING PVT. LTD. WILL NOT PROVIDE  ANY OTHER ASSITANCE,  EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR ASSUMED. THE RE-EXAM WOULD BE PROCESSED WITHIN  THIRTY (30) DAYS OF YOUR SUBMITTING THE ITIL® FOUNDATION 2011 EXAM RESULT TO KNOWLEDGEWOODS CONSULTING PVT. LTD. KNOWLEDGEWOODS  CONSULTING PVT. LTD. LIABILITY IS RESTRICTED TO THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE EXAMINATION ONLY NOT EXCEEDING INR 7,500/- IN ANY/ALL CASES.
Kindly Note:-
ITIL® 2011 Foundation Certificates a. Result  - Pass/Fail result is available within Ten(10) Days and the same would be communicated to the clients b. For Successful Candidates, Certificate Soft Copy is available for Download & Print after Two Weeks of the Results Declaration c. Certificate Hard Copy is shipped from APMG, Malaysia typically after 7-8 weeks of Results Declaration. It may further get delayed, if     there are any local holidays in APMG – Malaysia. d. It takes One Week for Delivery in India and then only, it is provided to the participants e. Therefore, after successfully passing the ITIL® 2011 Foundation Level Exam – it will take at least 08-10 weeks for the Hard Copy of     the Certificate to be delivered
